Cloonfad Press and Karim El Koussa signed an exclusive contract for the Publication of Pythagoras the Mathemagician in the beginning of 2005 and the book was published in October 2005.

Unfortunately, due to some problems that have occurred between Cloonfad Press and Karim El-Koussa, the contract for the US release of Pythagoras: The Mathemagician, has been cancelled after seven months of its appearance in the US market.

Author Karim Rizk El-Koussa hails from Ehden, Lebanon. Pythagoras was the 2001 winner of the Akl Saiid Prize for Literature.

Pythagoras: The Mathemagician is a unique telling of the story of the first philosopher - a combination of history, philosophy and literature.

This is history from a different point of view... and it got to number 1 in the top ten counselling books for the month of Dec 2005, and number 3 in Jan 2006... stayed number 1 for almost a year in the BestBookBuys... and moved later to number 4. It was also mentioned in the Encyclopedie.ws ...
